Who is VinFast?

VinFast is Vietnamese-founded automotive company that makes scooters, vehicles, and buses. VinFast moves fast, developing its first 3 vehicles in 21 months. They have committed to only making electric vehicles starting in 2023 and aim to be a leader in the “global smart electric vehicle revolution”.  

What is a vehicle profile?

A vehicle profile saves settings and driving preferences, such as seat position and climate controls. This creates a seamless, personalized driving experience for each driver. Multiple profile types accommodate different use cases and restrictions, from the Owner Profile to the Valet Profile, ensuring tailored experiences for each driver.

Design deliverables

• Led the design of vehicle profile features, enabling smooth creation, editing, and switching of profiles within the infotainment system
• Optimized system feedback, clearly indicating saved settings to enhance transparency and user confidence when managing profiles
• Conducted user testing and iterated on design updates, incorporating feedback to refine the profile management experience and ensure it met user needs
